Terms & Conditions

Fees are payable at the time of booking or within 24 hours if paying by bank transfer. A space in your chosen party is only guaranteed with payment. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the event date for a full refund. Following this please contact us. If we are able to fill your place a refund may be available. 

If extreme weather, or a major incident, prevent us from operating an event, we will try to contact you in advance of your event, as well as post on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 

In the case of an event being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances a new date will be offered or if this is not possible a full refund will be made. 

The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility. Please ensure your child is supervised at all times. 

Photography and videos may be taken during the events for marketing purposes. If you or your child would rather not be featured in these please let us know.
